Ever Evolving Exotics
Well my grandma has always been a fan of goodwill, salvation army, etc etc. Well I have gotten so many cages from places like that it isnt even funny. I got a 20 long sliding lid temp and humidity gauge for 11$ Check out local thrift stores and yard sales one mans junk is another herpers paradise

To true!I missed grabbing a 30-40gal put out for trash. Was late for work when i spotted it, on the way home all the other junk was there but somebody nabbed the tank:(

yea also yard sales you ca get fish aquariums and most pet shops can get you a screen lid

I've always picked up my aquariums from thrift stores. Tables to put them on, too. I am a thirft store goddess when it comes to shopping for bargains.

my grandparents have alot of money but my grandma always ends up at thrift stores and my granpa sitting in the car reading a fishing magazine
THRIFTY

Craig's lsit is another great place to look. Also keeping an eye out on garbage day can result in finding lots of great treasures! lol

I'm pretty fortunate... we accept donations where I work and we always get stuff in. I think I've paid for only one of my 20-gallon tanks.

Craigslist is where I've gotten the majority of my tanks. I got a 55gal for $75 and most of my 20gal longs were $20, and some even came with screens.

Thrift stores I've found to be variable. At the goodwill stores near me, I've seen several 10 gallon tanks being sold for $15 or $20... far more than the $11 tank I can get at Petco down the street.

well she got it at a goodwill in blacksburg it was dirty and I had to bleach it and stuff
