pet store anoles?

Hey I was just curious if it was ok to buy a petstore anole to feed to my corn?

I know that wild ones carry mites and what not, but what about pet store anoles?

Nearly all pet store anoles are WC. And it's not so much mites that you are worried about, it's intestinal parasites like worms. Plus, your snake does not need a treat. Feeding an anole to a snake already taking mice is like taking a step backwards. The anole is a baby corn's natural diet; it takes work to get them established on a safe (parasite-free) diet of mice, so you don't want to risk them losing the taste for mice in favor of anoles.
