It seems like my freakin' mouse have been pregnant forever!
She usually weighs 42-43 grams....last time she weighed 75 grams just before having the pinkies....she now weighs...........

84 Grams!

And still no pinkies! The only relief I find in my frustration is that maybe she will pop out a few more than she did last time (11 :D)

Oh well...I thought she was going to go last night, but she didn't...maybe tonight! I'll let you all know, and hopefully snap some pictures!

LOL. Josh... somehow, I can see you pacing as if she were your pregnant wife!! LOL.

Hope she has lots of babies for ya!
 
Oh I totally am man, like in the old days, where the guy wasn't allowed in the room...but is totally pacing back in forth smoking a cigar in the hospital waiting room...

That's me. Minus Cigar, add cigarette, and in my living room instead of a hospital....

She has moved around a bunch of the bedding into a nest like thing in the last hour or so...so hopefully tomorrow morning I'll have good news :D
 
Most of mine look like billiard balls with a tail before birthing. I just let 'em do their thing. They know when it's time. Hopefully you with get a good size batch of pinkies from her. Wish I could of taken a few pics to show you, but all of my recent very preggies have given birth in the past couple of days.
 
Aw, the poor little mother! I have triplets, so I can totally empathize with her hugeness. Hope all is well. :)

Josh, if it's any comfort, I'm sure she wants to be un-pregnant even more than you want it for her!
 
She had them! ALL 14 of them!
One was dead by the time I got up this morning, but it was tiny tiny...so I'm not sure if it died, or if momma did it, cause it was laying outside of the nest.
The other 13 were usable! They were all 2 and 3 grams, so I plucked 3 out and bagged them up for my little brother....the other ones I am going to give a couple more days...

Man....14! I am glad she took so long now!
 
Heavens. I know it's possible, but none of mine have ever produced that many. Congrats.

Ya her first litter with me...and I think her first litter ever was 11 perfectly fine 2-3 gram pinkies....this time we got 14 total....one was stillborn (I guess that's what I'd call it) the other 13 were great :D
