He is 1 years old and beautiful! Such a sweet-heart and soooo yellow! Still haven't thought of a name for him yet!

This little guy had to have his leg amputated by the vet due to a birth deformity. The PO just didn't have the heart to euthanize him. He gets around pretty well and she said he eats and poops great. She said he does like to sleep a lot though. I'm not going to get too attached to him for obvious reasons but isn't he sweet little thing?! Should I call him Stump?

The first one is goregous, and looks very healthy. Congrats!

I feel so bad for the second one, he looks to be in bad shape. I would have taken him too, my Beardie only has one eye and a broken arm from his past owner. Your little guy looks like he could use a good bath and a good meal. If he eats I think he'll be just fine. Best of luck with him, I'll hope for the best he is a cutie.

Tell your husband he really knows how to pick good presents.

The little guy definetly has me worried. I haven't seen him eat(but of course I just got him this evening) but the PO did say he does eat his crickets every day and he did eat a little bowl of greens I offered him this evening. He can move around, just not very well or fast. He's in the process of shedding so I think that's why he looks so dirty. I think I'm going to offer him a little warm bath tomorrow.

My hubs is the greatest! First I get a Ball Python for my birthday and now this for Mother's Day! How great is he?!

Wow...I must be smoking something...because for some reason I did not even realize that they were two separate animals...lol.

I hope the second one pulls through for you. You never know...he could have it in him to be a survivor. **fingers crossed**

Awww very cute I'm a sucker for what I call the broken ones, I had a beardie with only one whole leg the rst were stumps, he was a savage little thing would eat everything and anythig even fingers lol

Maybe liquidising some veg with a bit of water and feeding it off a little plastic medicine spoon, I use the end to open the mouth a tiny bit to get the liquid in. Helps hydrate and get a bit og veg in their tummys, hope he perks up for you. Beardies are fighters

Don't forget to tuck them in at night with blankies!!! And wake them up in the morning with kisses! Dragons need that...
