Ever Evolving Exotics
Well guys me Jasmine have been together almost three months. It has been the most challenging snake I have EVER owned. But she is MY responsibility I am not going to simply put her for sale or trade because she is hard to keep. She had a good first month but the vet Dr. Ann Planeta said that her ingression was maybe due to starting to feel ill. Now she is a spit fire! She strikes and musks…feels good. She actually went to the vet and got some meds. Fortaz and panacur to take out anything that could be lurking. Well after 2 treatments of fortaz and 1 panacur she started eating. I treated her via needled syringe of fortaz yesterday. Dr. Planeta actually took the time to call me and she told me my husbandry was excellent and that the snake will thrive in the caging I put her in. The vet tech Mike met me at the herp show and helped me out some too. So now Jasmine has a gorgeous cage with fake plants, multiple hides, nice burrowing bedding (sani chips) and lots of other goodies. She loves her UVA light! She basks and sits and just looks. She is such a pretty snake I love her colors. She is already starting to change into an adult pattern. I will post pictures soon.
