Silicone, Lacquer, Tile Glue

I am living in Thailand so I have trouble to find the products which are often recommended here in this forum.

1. Silicone......aquarium type is best....but can I also use what they call here " 100% silicone " for sealing windows ??

2. Lacquer......for children toys ( non-toxic ) is best....but I can not get it here. Can I also use normal wood laquer for interior applications ?

3. Tile bonding glue........is this better than tile grout or cement ?

I never understood the uses of aquarium silicone in a non water viv. Yes I would use 100% silicone just let it dry and no fumes.

lacquer,,,same as silicone, let it dry and no fumes

tile bonding glue and cement to me would be about the same, the tile grout goes in between the tiles.

use what you got,
