Greetings,
It didn't take 'Ol Ichabod much time to start burrowing once we switched his substrate to repti-bark. This morning we noticed that he sealed off the entrance to his cave. He must have been burrowing down to get closer to the heating pad of his tank? Anyway he pushed the bark out the front of his hide entrance so it looks like he's sealed himself in for comfort.
Does anyone know if repti-bark absorbs more of the heat from an under tank heating pad compared to the indoor/outdoor carpting style substrates?
Jason
