new corn snakes

i bought my first corn snakes(babies, 12inches) and i need some advise on housing them until they settle in a grew. i am currently housing them seperately in 12in long 7in wide and 7in high steralite tubs and was wondering would this stress them out at all. 2 have had their first meal under my care but the other corn shows agression and strikes the pinkies instead of wanting to eat it and its mostly always searching around in the tub. ive tried all the methods on this forum but nothing seems to work.

please i need advise

How long have you had the corns...?
Have you got hides in the tubs?

for about 1 and a half weeks or so and yes i do have hides

I've heard from various sources that u shouldn't attempt to handle or feed your snakes for 5-7 days. They will be stressed out in a new environment, so its good to let them settle in before u try to handle, or feed them. If you try to handle them too soon, they may associate their traumatic experience with you handling them, or with food, thus making it more difficult to feed them.

Don't worry. Just leave them alone until next feeding day is due and try again. The non-feeder may just be about to shed or need a little more settling time.
As long as your temperatures are ok and it's not being stressed by handling or repeated feeding atttempts you should be fine. Good luck

Yes, it's a very good idea to let them settle in a new envirnoment before handling and trying to feed them. Give it a good week or so before trying to feed them again and try not to hold them often. It stresses them out sometimes. Good luck, and congrats on the new babies.
