Gallego - Thayeri

ArpeggioAngel

Around Here Somewhere....
Gallego is the male Thayeri I picked up in Daytona to be the future mate for my females Linares and Galeana.
This guy does not like having his picture taken apparently. I tried to take him outside last Sunday and he made a break for freedom by falling out of the "photo tree". When I dove under to try to catch him I stuck my hand in a fire ant mound (made it out with only one bite thankfully) and sandspurs embedded in my wrist and knee. Ended up having to have Joe come get him back out from under the bush for me.
Today's photoshoot was held inside, but he would not move from this one pose the entire time no matter how much encouragement I gave him. Guess I will have to work on him to loosen up a bit!

You're killing me! I have such rotten luck with king snakes..except for my one male with the eating disorder...he wants to eat EVERYTHING!

I have had pretty good luck with my kings (knock on wood!). But I only want to own thayeri, graybands and mex-mex. All the florida and california kings always want to eat ME.

I wish they'd hurry up and grow up and have babies! I just want to see the mixed-up clutch!!!
