So, let me get this straight.....

Connie Rhodes, a US Army captain, received her medical school education at the cost of the US taxpayers, as well as expenses once she started her residency....she filed suit to stop her deployment to Iraq because she believes that, as Commander-In-Chief, BHO is not "qualified" to issue her orders since she believes he's not a U. S. citizen.

And of course, enter Orly Taitz, the attorney/dentist/realtor who is the de facto "birther movement" leader who files suit on her behalf.

Case dismissed, as shown in the .pdf link above. I didn't know that the courts could issue rulings/opinions with sarcasm, but this thing is a gem.

And I'm supposed to be worried about "frivolous litigation" over actual malpractice?

The only way you can post something like this and get away with it is if it is conservative garbage. That's the ONLY kind of garbage allowed to be posted willy-nilly and without evidence here...
