New Ball Python

I just got this little one today, he is 3 years old and I think he is a little small for his age. He is 2 ft long and 4 inches thick at his fattest part His previous owner kept about 4 BPs in a tank and that is how she got him. Right after hatching he was burnt by a lamp and has a scar down his side and on his back but it is all healed up now and doesn't seem to bother him in anyway. I was told he would not eat f/t but I decided to offer him one since I was feeding everyone else and what do you know he ate two, I was very happy I hope he keeps it up. He has a great personality and is very sweet.

NICE! Glad that you found him and that he'll be better cared for than previously. Sometimes I'm glad that animals can't talk... they could tell some horror stories.

BUT, now he's in your hands... and I'm sure his "story" will be much different.

His previous owner did seem to care a lot about him, I guess she just wasn't that educated. She cohabbed all her BPs so there was at least 6 in one tank ranging in ages fro 13 to 2 years old he could have easily been eaten at his size but now he has a home all to him self and he looks quite happy about it.
