ok I just bought a tub for my whiskey.. its a rubbermaid container with the locking lid.. the lil handles flod on the lid on the sides... it is 32"Lx28"Wx7"H do u think that will be big enough for him full grown... I wanted to keep him in a aquarium but my sweet lil damn cat likes to lay on top and her sweet lil fleas like to jump off her and in his tank I dont like that.. they carry disease and I dont want him sick.. so I got the tub and I drilled numerous small holes in the side that way if she lays on top the fleas wont go in... plus my bday is in oct and my dear boyfriend is buying me a new addition so they will be easy to stack.. but is it going be big enough for him full grown?

is that a 41 quart tub? it sounds like one. i think that it would be fine for an adult. unless you live near a nuclear power plant and he hulks out.

That's plenty of room...mine are in 17"x24"x6" tubs. Make sure there is no way for him to get out. Even with the latches, I would still use alligator clips or something similar to secure all the sides.

I just realized that the sides and corners were kinda loose and was trying to figure a way to secure it.. whats an alligator clamp and would that be secure enough for a adult corn?

I use a tub like that for my little one and she has plenty of room (actually probably too much, but there are plenty of hides). I dont plan on getting her anything bigger for quite a while. There really arent that many aquariums that have this much floorspace (unless you are going really big, but most of those are long and thin and the rubbermaids are nice and closer to a square shape).

Why not get some Advantage or Frontline for your cat's fleas? Then you wouldn't need a tub and neither the cat NOR the snake would need to worry about disease.

Yeah, I was gonna say, what about your poor cat?? Disease from the fleas is a risk for both your animals, not just your snake.
