So this is the first year that i will brumate my 2 adults, and im going to turn off the heat and stop their feedings around mid december. is that good, or should it be any later or earlier? thnks for any suggestions

I would suggest that you stop the feedings first. Allow at least three weeks from the last meal before you drop down the temps. You need to allow them time to clear out the digestive tract before stopping their digestion process by lowering the temperatures.
