i was wondering on rodent pro is it good to buy there? im thinking about placing an order tonit im wondering when ill get them please someone thats bought from there b 4 pls tell me how long it took for you to get your mice thx

I get my mice from rodent pro. Great service! It takes like 2 days to actually get them. But even in two days they are all still very frozen. Rodent pro will get all my service until my breeder mice decide to breed again!!Hope this helps...

Kenster,
what do you mean, until they breed again. I can't get mine to stop! not really--but I don't have any problems--every 28 days. more pups.

Rodentpro.com has great timely service. Both of my corns went from fresh killed to frozen/thawed with no problems at all. It was like they didn't know the difference.

matt, i must need some mouse viagra or something. All winter long I had more babies than I could handle. Now that i need them...nothing...I think they are plotting against me...

Ya watch out for feeders

kenster,
I have had my mealworm colony turn on me 2 times. I am not kidding. The 1st time they made a beetle ladder (more of a pile) and crawled out of the container, i think i still have some loose. My parents didnt like that, and from now on they are in a high ice cream bucket. 2nd time they alll crawled up my arm while sifting for little worms (i had paused to listen to my girlfriend tell em something, and they started crawling up) so i always focus on them they cn turn any minute. And Crickets dont get me started with those stiky bugs lol

rodentpro....

i also use rodentpro and have had exceptional service....
i live fairly close and it normally only takes a day to get the mice... they ship by ground and not by air so it can take from 1-4 days depending on your proximity to indiana... good luck :) ---jim

Kenster,
Temp has alot to do with mice breeding--If it is exceptionally hot you will see a decrease in production--75-80 degrees seems to work just fine for me. Good Luck!

matt,
I keep mine in the garage, so to be honest I have no idea what the temp is out there. I just find it odd that in the winter I had more mice than I could actually use. And it was cold out there. Hmm now I know how they stayed warm ;) I figure that I'll have a bunch of babies since i just got my order from rodent pro. Just the way my luck goes..

I buy mine from the petstore where I bought my snakes(Don't freak out, the owner is trustworthy and actually knows what he's talking about, along with his employees). I would buy bulk but my mom isn't to keen on the idea of having a freezer full of rodents.

I think I would rather have mine in the freezer than in a cage that they could get out of and run free. Although I have both and I don't think I have had a live one run away yet, or I would have heard about it for sure!!

I recently made my first order from RodentPro, and they shipped to me by air. (I'm in central NY.) I got the package on the same day they sent the e-mail telling me they'd shipped. Everything was still frozen, and Frank seemed to enjoy his first meal. I'd just moved him up to weanling rats, and ordered a bag of 20 from RodentPro. Frank approves - but, God, it's amazing to see him get that size meal down. (I know, that's what everyone says when they move their snake up to the next size food.)
:)
