I may need snake rehab.
Who celebrate my dog's birthday! :D Here is a quick progression thread of my pup Camaro, she is two today. When I got her she was a tiny scared little dog. She was a rescue and was afraid of everything, especially men. Now she is a confident dog, who still has her reservations about men, but doesn't pee all over herself when she spots one.lol She has come along way, and I love her way too much!!!!
The day I brought her home.

My dog was rescued as an adult so we don't know when her birthday is, but we celebrate her Adoption Day every year. We go to the dog park and right next door is a doggie bakery. We also give her new a new collar, toys, and wet food which she only gets on her special day and on holidays. When we got Zelda (our snake) Aeris said to me "Mommy don't forget this day." I didn't know exactly what she was talking about at first I was thinking that she was telling me that getting her snake was a memorable event, but after I asked, she told me "Because we will need to know this date so next year we can give her an adoption day party."

She is such a pretty dog! All of ours are rescues. I try to make them their favorite treat (hamburger and rice) on their adoption day anniversary. Sometimes it doesn't work out that way, but I try to at least make if for them sometime during that week.

I celebrate my dog's "Gotcha day" every year too!!

Jesserca, your pup is beautiful!

My dog was born literally the same day my grandmother died...so it's kind of an awkward day to celebrate. He turned 2 on March 8 though.
