I was hanging out with James the Stimson's Python tonight, and got some nice photos of him... he loves to be a bracelet, and apparently a hair accessory too. :cool:

Gosh, he's a big lad for a Stimson. Pretty snake though - I think the Stimsons are really underrated, they're the most pleasant of the antaresia to keep (apart from the pygmies).

He's been a real pleasure so far, and I knew nothing about Stimsons before acquiring James... I was offered him for next to nothing when I bought a rack locally, and just thought he was purty. :) His personality is great too, and he's quite the goofball as you can see in the photos.

And yes, as I have since learned, he is definitely overweight! I have him on a diet of one (adult) mouse bi-weekly, so hopefully his figure will be more svelte soon.
