Pink belly when NOT in shed

Cheesecake is about 5 months old now. Her belly was clear when we bought her at 1 month old, but after her first shed with us it turned a splotchy, blotted pink color towards her tail. It's a pretty big part of her belly that has the color on it too.
I thought motleys were supposed to have clear bellies? Is something wrong with my baby? :( :( :(

Corns get pink bellies in shed?

I'm not sure what this is...

Do you have a picture of her? I don't have first hand experience with ultramels, but many corns have a wash of red or orange which begins at the tail, is at the most intense there, and the color gradually fades the further up the belly it gets. You can see this both in snakes with and without checkers. It develops as the snake matures. It is very noticeable on bloodred stripes, who ought to have a plain white belly due to the nature of the stripe gene, but in fact also have a wash of red.

I've noticed that some snakes turn pink rather than blue, in shed. Especially amels and lavabloods. Let me see if I can find a picture of Yggdrasil...

Yes, when my snake is in blue, she turns a beautiful pink color, pinker than the photo Nanci posted. It's beautiful. :)
I do have a picture of her belly. Several actually. :) here they are:

The photo's are too blurry to see, but not many motley's keep a completely white and spotless belly, I have one who turned from completely white and spotless to having so many sand colored tiny blotches that they cover about half of the white surface.
