Black Scale?

My snake has no back on her, and today I noticed a black spot where her bottom and side meet. I thought it was wood, so I tried to brush it off, but it didnt come off. What is it?

Is it the entire scale, or just a spot on the scale? Can you take a pic?
Here are 2 pics...

A scab or just crusted on feces. Its too big to be mites. Try to clean it off and if that doesnt work, I say just leave it be.

Had the same thing occur on a normal stripe I have. It is on the snakes chin and for the longest time I thought it might be mite, scar something but as she has gotten older (poor snake was reated for mites and didn't have any) the spot has grown and so I've just resolved myself to the fact that it's just a small bit of aberrant coloring.
