I just use the numbered bullets. I list the date and whatever activity preformed: feed, shed, tank clean...

I use www.iherp.com.
I use this too but I also use a pocket calendar because sometimes I forget to update the computer one.
You can easily make a chart with lined paper. :)

I print paper tables and keep them in a three ring binder for my animals. Though I haven't quite figured out what all needs to be on a Breeding Record sheet yet so I am just writing dates and things on lined paper for now.

I use sticky notes and tabs. All the snakes info is kept right on their individual tubs. I write down the snakes name, their morph, known and possible hets, hatch date, sex, weight and what feeders they are presently on. On the sticky note I keep a log of their feedings and sheds. If done right, its very neat and convenient. Especially if they all don't feed on the same day. I can easily scan all the tags on the bins and get a count of what needs to be thawed.
If you look at the rack behind my wife, you will see the tubs and how they are set up.

The spreadsheet is awesome :D I use spreadsheets on Google Docs for my snakes currently, but I like these alot better than the ones I was using (I just had one spreadsheet for weights with all the names on it, and another for feedings, again with names. But then, I've only got a few snakes at present, so it's a little easier)
I like Google Docs because I can easily keep track of everything and share the info with the rest of the family so they have access as well...plus I lose track of paper so easily.
