Impaction

Ok so we have a young snow cornsnake that hasn't pooped in a while, and we noticed it building up near his butt so we are guessing he somehow became impacted. We gave him some mineral oil and have him soaking in warm water in hopes that this will help him pass it but is there anything else we can do?

oh, and there is like an inch of space between that lump and the cloaca so I guess the block is pretty far up there...
