Scale rot?

2nd post. I have dealt with scale rot on Ball Ps before but never with Corns. I have a 5 1/2 week old male snow corn and earlier during his handling time my wife and I noticed s few brownish black marks on him on his side right before his tail starts? I have heard its possible it could be his organs being seen? or even bowel movement? Any help would be great! Love this message board by the way.
