Not Pooping

Hey, so I fed my baby corn last Friday.... Tomorrow marks 1 week since he's eaten and still hasn't pooped. I'm a little worried and read about letting him swim in lukewarm water, but i'm afraid ill get the water too warm. About what temp should the water be? Also, how long do I leave him in the water?

The water should be about 75-80 degrees. A week isn't really that long to go between bowel movements. My corns usually go once a week, but my boa and python go about once every other month. Soaking them can help them go, my boa will soak himself, but the corns seem a bit shier. If the water feels warm to you, it is going to be way too warm for your corn, so make sure you take the temp of the water before putting him in :)

For how long to leave him in, I can't really help you there. Maybe 20 mins?

Sometimes, especially with hatchlings, the poos are extremely small and hard to see.
If the snake is in blue, then wait a while, it will poop once it sheds. Otherwise, yes, a bath will stimulate a bowel movement, but there's a chance you could be missing them if you're using a substrate other than paper towels.

Na he's not in blue, and his last BM was decent size and spotted it easy so was expecting the same this time. I'll give it a very thorough look through tomorrow when i clean his water bowl and such
