I just got back from a 2 hour drive from Baltimore, where i picked up 5 corns and a huge Gopher snake from a woman who resuces herps of all kinds.....I was really suprised how large 2 of them were..........I got home and set up tanks for them, but before i put everybody in their new home, i weighed each one...Here are the weights....715 grams, believed to be a male reverse okeetee, 700 grams believed to be a male amelstriped, 2 normals, weighing 285 grams and 360 grams, (not sure on the sexes of these 2) and an okeetee female at 325 grams......All appear healthy and very active.....The huge gopher snake, weighing in at 1500 grams......I'm gonna let everyone settle in for a week and then i will post some pics.........Is 700 grams for a corn normal?..Also did i mention i only paid $75 for all 6 snakes?........i couldnt pass up the deal!
