over 5 feet, but less then 6, i'd guess around 5'7 since he's longer then i am tall but shorter then my 6ft roommate. and between 950g and 1000g

Wow- he's big. In those pics, to me, he doesn't look obese. What kind of feeding schedule is he on?

i wouldn't say he is fat. Although i've never owned a corn, usually when i see someone say that a corn is "obese", the best telltale sign is their body starts getting wider than their tail and it tapers. If you type "overweight corn snake" into google images, you'll see exactly what i mean. Beautiful snake either way :)

he gets a mouse every 2-3 weeks and the occasional quail, which he takes easily, he Really likes quail. when he gets a quail he doesn't get fed again for at least a month, and seems less enthusiastic about the mouse on his next feeding.

A big quail with feathers??? I bet he'd like day old chicks every once in a while, too. Well, you certainly aren't overfeeding him.

Built a lot like a black rat, that fella is a beast! When you say you feed quail, you mean quail chicks, button quail? Surely not a grown bobwhite? The 2 week mouse regimen is about right to keep the monsters from getting squishy though.

from what i understand they are young but fully grown Japanese or cortex quail average weight of said species is 85-150 g depending on the sex. they are the most common farmed quail in this area. as i said he doesn't get them very often but he takes them very readily and with little difficulty.
