Yes, I want to get sand for my bearded dragon, though my mother is worried and says that it causes too many problems, for those of you that have, or have owned a bearded dragon: Do you use sand? (If not, what do you use?)...and what troubles could it cause my lizard?

the best sand i think for a bearded dragon is
"Fairmount Handy Sand" 50lbs from menards like 5 bucks for it
works like a charm(person i got it from recommended it and there big breeders)

I use sifted playsand from Home Depot. It costs about $3 per 50 lb. bag. I have had my 2 dragons on it for almost 2 years now with no problems.
