Headless mouse refusal?

Rapunzel just snubbed her feeding, unfortunately the mouse's head got decapitated because the pet store sold me a frozen mouse ball. Can this actually cause an aversion to the food? It caused some blood to get spread throughout the container and she bit the mouse a few times but just seemed confused and didn't want to eat it. Any input? She seems perfectly healthy and temperatures and everything seem to be okay so I'm not sure what made her not want to eat.

I would just let her sit in her container with it for a couple hours. Reheat to very hot, then just let her sit. I have one picky snake that is barely weaned off a rat addiction, who still needs 2-4 hours to decide to eat his mouse.

I've never had any of my corns refuse food with missing body parts or limbs. When I had the little babies, they'd eat mouse parts that were unrecognizableto the human eye
