So i got this snake approximately a week ago from a guy on fb who was selling her , he had no substate for her, no under tank heating matt and didn't have a lid for the small tank so he had the tank upside down over her... Had a small water dish that se couldn't fit in even if she tried.... The first time i fed her was 3 days after i got her and she ate two fuzzes .... So i went out and bought a larger cage, substrate, bigger water dish, and under the tank heating matt..... I found one normal dark coloured poop ( i think) however i fed her one fuzzy yesterday and came up today and found this ontop of the substate near the glass .... I don't know what it is .... It has small white oval shaped objects however when touch or any pressure is applied they squish n smear And there is a yellowish substance with it....... HELP I'mhttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/04/apepaqa5.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/04/u3ysu4uv.jpghttp://img.tapatalk.com/d/14/07/04/e8u6y5yg.jpg not sure if its vomit , if its poop if it is , is it normal , should i take her n the sample to a vet HELP !!!!!!

Doesn't look like a regurge to me, but it isn't the healthiest poop. Some of my really old snakes have gray lumpy defecation sometimes, and it resembles that. I wouldn't run to the vet just yet, but definitely keep an eye on her. Good luck!

It's poop. To me, it looks like poop from a snake who hasn't been eating much/for a while. _Sometimes_ you'll see poop sort of like that when a snake switches to furred mice and the fur goes through not so digested. That shape. But that looks like the kind of waxy poo of a snake who has not been eating.

Can you get a weight on her?

And, if you have other snakes, isolate her just as a general precaution, for at least three months.

Irrelevant question: How did you manage to drop your camera in the toilet?

I think I would try her with one hopper, next week. Rule of thumb is a mouse as wide in diameter as the snake at the snake's widest part, no more than 1.5 x as wide as the snake. She's small enough to be on weekly feedings.

That looks like fairly normal poop to me. They're definitely not eggs!

Was that you asking if they were eggs?? Eggs are the size of hopper mice. Slugs might be as small as grapes, but nothing like that...

The white part is the urates, effectively super-concentrated solid pee. Normally these are excreted with the feces, but if she hadn't been fed regularly/properly sized prey, she could be producing predominantly urates.

Look at bird poop; it's not yellow. It's black and white. Sometimes the urates are yellowish, but they're mostly white-ish.

In more dehydrated reptiles, the urates will be yellow, white is a sign of adequate hydration.

The issue i have is the fact there were tiny oval shaped objects in this pile while yellow .... Im wondering what the oval white things are my bf thinks they are infertile eggs but i think they r too small .... Another person said it looked like a bowel movement from a under fed snake n i got her from someone else ...... I dont have a digital scale for weight or a tape measure that isnt metal ( afraid metal ones will cut her ) so in reality im in the dark

It's is definitely poop. It is not eggs. The poo reflects the shape and size of the snake's intestine.

You fed her Wednesday and again today? That is way too soon! You should not even be handling her, much less feeding her. Of course she will eat it; snakes eat until they can't hold any more, and then, if allowed to do so, they regurgitate it back up, because they can't digest before it rots. She needs to be fed every 5-7 days, and then not handled for a minimum of 48 hours after feeding.

I was scared i under fed her cause the fuzzy is smaller than the largest part of her body like really small
