Hey guys,
Gumbi has taken up the new habbit of burial. Do you think it could be the rise in temp?????????

It could be. Try running with just the heating pad or just turn the heat light off (if ya have one) I have been told that they like it between 80-90 in the day and 70-80 at night

I am not an expert but I hope that helps

Corns naturally like to be hidden... so it could be that you dont have enough hides in the encloser... or it could be that he feels more confortable being under somthing... in the wild they like to go into holes and under rocks they like to feel the hide around them... maybe your hide is to big... but of course it might be the temp also...

Gumbi has just started a shed cycle. Today i noticed pale skin and light blue eyes. I'm thinking of trying that sponge thing with a tuperware container to get a nice shed!!

a wet towel in a pillow case works too...put a lukewarm wet towel in the pillow case with the snake for about 15 minutes after the eyes clear and it will probably shed within 24 hours after that
