Feeding Corns After Shipping

Had my first shipped corn snake arrive yesterday morning. It is a 2 1/2 week old male Peppermint corn. I just have one question.
Should I wait to attempt to feed him for a couple days? Or is it safe to offer him a pinkie now?
The breeder I got him from said he was not able to feed him after he hatched so he has not eaten yet, and this is where my concern is drawn.
Any advice you may have would be great!

Thanks!

it's always best to wait until a snake has eaten at least 3 times with the breeder/seller before taking the snake home. (Some folks will even say to wait longer.) But since you have the snake already and it's never eaten, I'm sure he/she is probably a tad bit hungry.

I'd give the snake a few days in his new home so he can get used to everything. Make sure it has fresh water daily, and maybe offer a pinkie sometime in the next few days.

Don't be surprised though if the snake refuses to eat. That is always a possibility, especially with the little ones. (That's why they like you to wait).
