I fed my corn snake a small mouse about 3 days ago. I thought she'd be ready but she it took her a reallly long time to swallow it. I checked up on her 3 days later and it still kinda looks like she has a bump in her stomach. im afraid i caused some internal damage or something

No worries, if she kept it down you're just fine. If a snake eats a meal that's too big for them to handle, they will regurgitate or vomit. Corn snakes can handle bigger meals than you would think, with them having such a slender body shape. She'll be just fine!

When I bumped one of my girls to hoppers at 70g she had a noticeable lump for 3 days. Corns (like other rat snakes) are extremely stretchy and can handle larger prey than you'd think they should. As long as she's keeping it down and you give her whatever extra time she needs to digest before handling, she should be just fine.
