I just got my second snake one week ago! It is almost a month old now, and I fed it its first meal on Wednesday. On Wednesday, she pooped once, and then she pooped the next day twice??? Is this because where she was before, the environment may not have been good to digest, so now that the environment is correct she si digesting, and maybe she will keep going?

When the new one goes in, the old must come out i guess ;) She'll keep digesting untill her stomache is emty. Nothing to worry about.

dont worry about that. Baby snakes are all the time changing. As long as she is eating and not spiting it back out there is nothing to worry about. The way they use the bathroom and the times the go will almost never be the same. My snake sometimes holds two mice in and eats a third on before he lets another out and sometimes when they are all out it will still use the bathroom. Small snake usually do funny things but as long as its eating its ok
