Wild Corn?

Hiya guys. My friend and I were returning from a movie when we saw a snake on my drive way! We're not sure if it's a corn, but it's not at all aggressive, and isn't poisonous (We know that much). It's markings look like a corn, but it's grey and I'm not sure if it's too natural to have a grey, wild corn. Here's a pic of the little guy. (Their a LITTLE fuzzy, I took them through plastic and I'm not used to this camera yet.)

Looks like a gray or black rat snake baby to me. I've not seen enough of them to be able to tell the difference between the two when they are little.

Looks like a baby black rat snake to me. When I lived in Maryland, they used to be all over the place this time of year.

Ok, the true answer lies on the post I made on the "Photo Gallery" board.....what a shocker! Never woulda guessed!
