Dead or alive?

I'v had bad experience with live mice. Right now I'm using thawed ones. When I used live mice the mouse bit my corn so I'v gone anti live and stuck with dead mice. I just want other opinions on this. :shrugs:

I use live mice. The only time I kill prey is when it is a rat. I'm always in the room during feeding time so I keep close watch on everyone that is feeding.

Just my two cents on this subject. Which one is the pet. If the mouse is the pet give it a fighting chance. If the snake is the pet. Kill the mouse then feed it to the snake to make sure snake does not get hurt. I protect all my pets and food is food.
