Hi everyone, I hate to be a pest, but my hatchling is acting like a frozen shoelace. I attempted to give him food, today, but as usual he didn't eat. Ever since, putting him back in his viv. he hasn't moved an inch. Any ideas. Did I handle him too much?
I hope he's going to be o.k.
Thanks. Niblet1

Are you sure your snake is even still alive? Most alive snakes you can see them breathing and/or tongue-flicking.

Is he stiff when you pick him up? If so, he's probably already dead. =/

Sorry I can't be more help.

You didn't say how long it's been since you put the snake in it's viv and it hasn't moved. Was it 5 minutes or 5 years?

If it's 5 years, we're going to have to have a talk. :spinner:

ah sad guys :grin01:

I think he would probably be able to tell?

We knew it was almost the end of the line when nix was floppy, basically you picked her up and it was like wet spaghetti

How long has it been since the hatchling has eaten? How long have you had it? What are your temps like? Where did you get the snake from? :D
