I heard that if you feed a snake more than you suppose to feed it,it reduces it's life span.
is thaat true??

Yes, it is said to reduce their lifespan, also it isn't very healthy for the snake to be digesting food all of the time.

It is true if you do it constantly. If you feed one appropriately sized meal per week, you won't have to worry about this, though.

snakes in the wild could come across a nest of pinkies and eat till their stomach feels like it will explode...or they could go two or three months with no food....this is subject that is hard to measure...the facts on this are kind of cloudy....but a meal once a week is just fine from what i've read...

How many types of snakes do you own??

But anyway, you should feel you snake an food item that is no larger than 1 1/2 the size the the corn widest point.
We don't know the size (lenght or girth) of your snake. So use the rule.

Good luck.

We can't say it is right or wrong because we don't know how big the snake is. Like LEnny said, use the rule.

I know the proper size you should feed, but how many?

One

The general rule is one appropriately sized mouse/rat per week. When transitioning from one size item to the next, it is ok to feed two per feeding for a few weeks, but I don't do this all the time.
