feeding in shed phase

Hi, can anyone answer this question? Does a corn snake not eat as well when it is about to shed? He ate a week ago, his eyes now seem cloudy and I tried to feed him, but he wouldn't take it. Is this normal? Is it because he's about to shed or maybe just not ready to eat? Thanks for any help.

It's normal. Some snakes don't eat during the shed cycle. Just skip this week and try to feed next week. You snake fine.

Some of my cornsnakes will eat while in shed mode and others will not. However, it is normal for them not to eat in shed mode.
