photo problems

I am trying to post photos of my "kids" and it won't let me upload the pic because they are to big. Is there any way to make them smaller so I can post them??

photoshop or some kind of similar program will resize pictures.

You can also load pictures onto www.photobucket.com and it'll automatically resize them to 640x480
