I got a handsome albino blood red in Febuary and here we are close to male and he won't eat, we've tried live and frozen and NOTHING, we've tried mice vs rats and NOTHING. He's getting thin and losing strenth fast....I need help before I lose him.

I have bred him to some females, which could be a big factor but I am still worried =(

Try different sizes of mice or try different species like dwarf hamters and gerbils. You can also try scenting with an anole, leaving the dead prey with it overnight, exposing the brain, tease-feeding. If you have tried all of these already and he still doesn't eat, you may have to forcefeed him.

Yeah I've almost tried it all, I might take him to the reptile doctor just to make sure there's not something mroe serious going on. My poor boy.

Most males go off food at breeding time, usually for long periods. My male went off food for 3 months last year, and 2 this year. I would try feeding him every week or two and finally he ate. Start with a smaller than usual food source well heated and if he doesn't eat, try in a week. It will surprise you when they finally eat. My boy was a big boy to begin with. He lost 50 grams during his fast but he was well over 600 when he started so it was no big deal.
