Report on probiotics (for regurge/picky feeder)

Shaky

Ought to know better
I was asking a bunch of questions about probiotics in August concerning a snake that had been a problem feeder and had
regurged 2 meals when it was 1 year old(never happened before).

Here's the advice I received:
1. take it to the vet
2. Get the Probiocin* product
3. Use the acidophilus in yogurt
4. NEVER use dairy products on reptiles
5. Go to a feed shop and get some lactobacillus

Here's what I did:
1. found a product at the health food store with helpful digestive bacteria (@$5.95), namely acidophilus and lactobacillus
2. Mixed a capsule with water and YOGURT
3. Administered a half dropperful into the snake's mouth
4. a week later, re-administered the same amount
5. Left a small food source INSIDE the snake's enclosure(4 weeks after regurge)

The snake ate and has continued happily since.
Just a simple report, not advice or recommendations.
