Help Feeding Question???

I recently bought a bag of large Fuzzies for my 9 month old corn. The one I have pulled out today, apart from being the size of a large Fuzzy but having no fur, also looks nothing like a mouse, infact it looks more like a still born puppy. Even if it was a puppy it is small enough for my snake to eat so would this be a problem? When I have read about corns in the wild it says that they eat small mammals and I guess ethics aside a puppy is a mammal. It may not be a puppy but it is defiantly not a mouse. :shrugs:

It sounds like another type of rodent has been misplaced in your bag. It could be a rat, gerbil, or a hamster. Does it have a short tail? A picture would definatley help. :)

Hard to tell in pics still looks like a mouse but the head is a very different shape

Saint Bernard??? Geez, kidding. I have no idea, it does look like a dog though way to small to be rationally considered one. Hope you get a better answer.

Are those claws on the feet?

Hamster, I looked at an adult hamster and I think that's what that is.....I'm sticking to that answer, cause minature St. Bernard is troubling me.

Is it the only thing you have to feed you snake? If you have plenty of other normal looking food items..then just to err on the cautious side I would toss that poor dogster. Man, it's funny..but it's not.

Ok, thanks for your help, its in the bin. I've got him a proper mouse out. It would have been cool though to say my snake ate a dog!!! :sidestep:
