Strange Problem!?!?!?

We think we may have a problem with our jungle. We fed him a rat crawler on Monday night, late friday night he regurged the crawler. I expected the crawler to be more "digested" than what it was but it was almost complete, as if it wasn't digested at all. The problem that we think we have is we just looked at him lying in his cage and he has a rather large "hourglass" shaped lump in his mid section that runs for about 4 inches or so...while watching the "lump" the bumps seem to go in and out slowly but the lump is definitely present. Below are some pics, sorry all we have is a camera phone. That section of his body seems very "bloated". Thanks for your help

we just got off the phone with our local herp and he said it's very possible that he has some sort of bacterial infection...now, if that is what he ends up having, what are the causes of this? Is it possible that he got the infection from the food item that we fed him on monday? We'll be taking him to the herp tomorrow for treatment, if he can't do it we'll take him to a vet.
