I don't no if this is true but i heard a while ago in cook county forrest preserves and and the old quarrys people were saying there were hybrids. I was just seeing if anyone heard this or this is bs. Like 2 years ago I caught what to believe was a garter snake but it looked quite different than the usual ones i see in the area. Its head seemed diamond shaped and instead of yellow stripes they were like a lime green and my friends i was with were sayin not too touch it but i picked it up by the head it was the weirdest snake i've seen around my area. I was just seein if anyone heard of this or its just a different kind of garter snake.
