Mr. Icky has had previous regurg problems.
See link:
Other regurg problem (http://www.cornsnakes.com/forums/showthread.php?p=320398#post320398)
But hasnt regurged since the 12th of August. I have feed him 6 times since then. The last two meals he kept down were full pinkies. And the time before that was 1/2 a pinky. The other 3 times before that were pinky heads.
I went to feed Mr. Icky and I put him in his shoebox with his full pinky. I covered him up with the top and I came back 10 minutes later. He ether left a regurg or a very big watery poop. I last fed him on the 14th of september. He didnt even try touching the pinky. It seems that he is in shed.

See pictures.

That's poop. The white stuff are the urates that often if not always accompany the feces.

Yep as said before that's definitely poop! You're probably noticing the watery bit more because it's in a cardboard box. It would normally be absorbed by the substrate i.e. tissue, aspen etc. in his enclosure so there's nothing to worry about. It looks pretty normal to me.
If Mr Icky is in shed I would wait until after he's shed before trying to feed him again.

Good luck and I hope he continues to feed with no more regurge problems!
