Banners not working?

For some reason when I click on the banners at the top of the page nothing happens? The Serpenco Banner and also the FIRE banner does nothing for me? Are the hyperlinks missing or am I missing something??

I clicked on the FIRE one a few days ago and i remember it worked.
It's probably just a temporary thing

banners arent working for me either they show up but when i click nothing happens !
