pinky too fuzzie

hello,

i have 2 06 corns that are 20g in wieght. I still have about a 4 - 5 week supply of pink mice to feed them. I am putting in an order within the next couple weeks and was wondering if should consider buying all fuzzie mice or sticking with the pickies for another few months. my corns are feeding every 5 days and are starting to grow, so i am guessing that they will be around 28g when my next order comes in. will they be ready for fuzzies?

According to Dean's feeding chart, your snakes are big enough (16-24 grams) to be eating double pinks. You could do that to finish off your pinks, then when the snakes weigh 24-30 grams, they can eat a 5-7 gram fuzzy, or at 30-50 grams, a 7-9 gram fuzzy.

Yes I agree finish off feeding your snake double pinks and then go to fuzzy.

Small Fuzzy 5-7g 5-6 days 24-30g snake

Hopper 9-12g 5-6 days 51-90g snake
Weaned mouse 14-20g 7 days 91-179g snake
Adult mouse 24-30g 7 days 170+g snake
