He's going to shed.
Use a spray bottle to mist his cage a little. Put some damp paper towels inside his hide on the warm side of the tank, he should be fine.
Just make sure he sheds all of his skin in one go, otherwise it can cause problems.
You're giving conflicting information. Yesterday's post says your snake has just shed, but you are now describing the exact look of a snake that is just getting ready to shed. As I said in your other post, check the shed skin to make sure the eye caps came off with the rest of the shed. And if you are able, photos can help a great deal.
This is a photo of a snake that is in "blue". It is getting ready to shed. This one would probably get even duller/bluer eyes, then get clear, almost normal looking for a day or 2 and then shed. You should be able to search for other, better photos of this. Just put the word "blue" in the search function for the Photo Gallery.
