No Topaz.... snake escapee

My year old (he's probably an 05 if he's a year plus in the spring of '07, right? Or no?) male butter corn snake, "Topaz", went missing this morning.... my room is a bad place to get lost in as I have laundry coving the floor and a pile or two of misc. papers and textbooks and whatnot. I had their food out thawing, I wonder if he smelled it and wanted to eat, so escaped? But he didn't eat them... (they're in a plastic baggie).


Anyway, I will be looking for him for the next couple hours. If I can't find him I'll be back asking for suggestions.... :-/

Oh, I found him.... ::relieved:: He's fine, just a little cold. He was curled up on a sweater, happy as anything. He's now eating happily and will return to his cozywarm viv in a second. (-:

I think a floor of laundry would be a good place to get lost- the snake wouldn't have to go far looking for a hiding place. Glad you got him back so fast. How'd he escape?
