Skin spot

My snake is 9 weeks old, I've had it for 3. I can tell it's abotu to shed and this morning I saw a dark spot on top of it's head. I have no idea what it is. Also, I'm not sure how to handle feeding during a shed, and any other suggestions to make shedding easier is appreciated.

Honestly, if you can avoid handling your snake as much as possible while it's getting ready to shed it would be a lot better for the snake.
You can certainly try to feed your snake, but don't be suprised or alarmed if it does not eat.
To make it easier for the snake to actually shed make sure the humidity is good in your tank, you can either try making a hide with moss in it, spraying the tank, or giving your snake a bath.

I was also wondering if it's abnormal that my snake hasn't yet left any kind of waste after 2 feedings.
