Hi me again,

Does anyone have a good source of information on breeding mice? "Mouse breeding for dummies" maybe? :)

I am considering it since my local pet shop is not coming through like they used to.

thanks!

Try the "Keyword(s) Search" feature here at Cornsnakes.com for more information on that topic.

Also a WWW.GOOGLE.COM search will give you diverse results, there are many "pet" mouse breeders "out there"...
Try different keywords to find your
" subject du jour".

Heres some relatively recent posts here on the mice breeding subject; there are others here. :)

And heres one on "dispatching" Mice.

We'll have you confused with T.M.I.
(to much information) in no time at all.

Welcome to the Cornsnakes.com's Forums!

How many snakes would you be wanting to supply with your mice breeding project?

Here's a very informative site on mice in general:

http://www.horns.freeserve.co.uk/mouse.htm

The site is mainly on keeping mice as pets and not breeding them for feeders, but the same rules apply I think. In my experience happy and healthy mice produce bigger and healthier litters (and also don't cannabalize as often).

Thanks very much for all the info and for the welcome!

I only have 3 baby snakes so will only start my own mice if getting pinkies becomes a real problem.

thanks again!
