me snake has a bunch of lumps going upwards and one kinked to the side, is this a genetic defect and is it cureable?

Personally Ive never heard of this, but I have extremely limited experience. There are many people on here that have great knowledge and experience that may be able to help, but personally, I would take it to a vet so they can have a proper look at it. Good luck though.

How long have you had the little fella and how old is he? Have the lumps/kink always been there or have they just appeared recently?

Some Corns are born with lumpy or kinked spines. Nobody knows exactly why but high incubation temperatures or genetic factors might be involved. Sometimes babies will "grow out" of their kinks - either the kinks sort themselves out as they grow, or become less noticable.

Could he have injured himself at all?
